Bespoke design and procurement
At Dwell Designs Co, we prioritize pieces that elevate our interiors beyond mass-produced designs. By partnering with skilled artisans, local craftsman and trusted makers who share our design philosophy, we create unique high quality solutions for each space.
Partial or full service interior design
Investment: Billed at an hourly rate of $150/hour
For the busy homeowner who appreciates a home that is beautifully furnished and styled by a professional. Whether it’s one room or several, we use our tried and true 15-step decorating process to select, source, receive, deliver, install and style the elements that turn a house into a home.
Every full-service project begins with and in-home decorating consultation to discuss your needs and determine the scope of work. Based on this meeting, we can estimate the number of design hours required to help you achieve your home goals. Phase I
Getting to know you
Every Full-service project begins with a complimentary 15 minute discovery call with Jessica. If we are a good fit, the next step is to schedule an in-home consultation, which is described above.

Phase II
Design & Sourcing
During this exciting phase of the process, we will create a design plan based on your unique needs, style preference and budget. We determine the items needed to bring our design concept to life. We will share our ideas in a design presentation and welcome your input and edits. At this stage the focus will be on the selection of furniture pieces and rugs.

Phase III
Shopping & Ordering
Once the design plan is approved and major pieces are selected, we handle ordering and management. Due to shipping delays and backorders, items may take weeks or months to arrive. We receive and store everything until all furniture has arrived, while simultaneously curating styling elements like artwork, throw pillows, and decorative accents.

Phase IV
Installation
We schedule an installation day for our team to deliver your furnishings, place them, and style them perfectly. We will reveal the space to you and then leave to you enjoy your beautifully furnished and styled space.
